When working at home, it may seem easy and incredibly tempting to work from your sofa or even from the comfort of your bed, but during these times looking after our bodies should be at the forefront of our minds regardless of where we are working.
Height adjustable desks come with a variety of health benefits, whilst standing up at work may not sound particularly comfortable, taking standing breaks can help to improve posture, mood and energy levels, it’s good for your blood pressure and may even boost productivity.
