We’re lucky enough to work in some fantastic spaces across Norfolk and East Anglia and we were delighted to be asked to design the reception of the old Norwich Union building on Rose Lane, Norwich.

We’re lucky enough to work in some fantastic spaces across Norfolk and East Anglia and we were delighted to be asked to design the reception of the old Norwich Union building on Rose Lane, Norwich. The building itself is over 70,000 sq ft with a large amount of that being office and studio space. We have designed the reception area with a contemporary style, whilst keeping in with the age of the building. See the rendered visual below for the incredible space currently being refurbished.

The Union building is available for let and not only is there office space available, the site also offers a rooftop bar and restaurant, a fully equipped gym and an underground car park.
