Bluespace have completed the refurbishment of the 2nd Floor of Lakeside 300 to be used as the new headquarters for Intellectual Property Services specialists – ip21 Ltd
Bluespace were asked to design and deliver an interior scheme to complement the contemporary building and an exciting new brand for the client. A bright decoration scheme, new flooring details, signage (including manifestation and a dramatic new clock feature) and new furniture were all utilised to provide a modern open plan office with private client facing spaces.
Bluespace also relocated data and power services to serve the scheme and even fashioned an elegant workstation from an existing boardroom table on site using our bespoke joinery services.
