IP21 adding to their office space!

IP21, another of our returning clients, adds another private office into their current space.

IP21 have come back to Bluespace following their original office interior fit-out to carry out some additional work. The additional work included splitting an existing meeting room into two separate rooms. This allowed IP21 to create a new office and a small meeting room from the space.

The onsite works included building a new length of stud partition to split the room and the relocating electrics such as lighting, smoke detection and ventilation controls. Flooring to suit the new room layouts was also done. Bluespace designed the new areas so that the existing glazed partitioning could be re-used to continue the bright, open feel to the new space.

Bluespace also helped IP21 by completing the building regulation submission to ensure the new works were being completed to the correct standards.
