In 2004 DFDS Seaways asked Bluespace to refurbish their gloomy Harwich offices and in true Bluespace style, we delivered a modern, bright and inviting workspace that the client and their employees were delighted with. Vibrant yellows and oranges with a contrasting, calming blue really brought the office spaces to life. Senior staff cellular offices were relocated on the shady side of the building allowing the limited British sunshine in to be enjoyed all.

Ten years on, the design looks as though it could have been completed yesterday, if it wasn’t for the huge CRT computer monitors! This just goes to show that good design can stand the test of time.

From start to finish, Bluespace provided exceptional service. Our office has been transformed into a space that is equally as functional and ergonomic as it is modern and stylish.

The design process was seamless – the team took the time to understand our vision for the space and offered creative solutions that perfectly aligned with our needs. They were able to incorporate our branding and culture into the design in a subtle and tasteful way, looking better than we could have imagined. Their professionalism is reflected in the attention to detail that was evident from design through to installation.
