Cedar House – Open For Business

We recently completed the refurbishment of Cedar House on Carrow Road for one of the UK’s leading Insurance Brokers, local firm, Alan Boswell. This isn’t the first project we have completed for Alan Boswell, as eagle eyed news followers will know, and they are always a joy to work with.

The 4000 sq.ft. late Georgian period residence with a Victorian extension, known as Cedar House, is now a contemporary office building. Along with sustainable heating, cooling and ventilation system, new electrical and data installation, efficient lighting system, new floor finishes, striking decorations and modern furnishings, we have also been able to retain many period features.
