The Earlham Institute

The Earlham Institute (formerly The Genome Analysis Centre) are a world leading research institute focused on advancing bio-science.

Bluespace were asked to design a quality, world class training space from the melding together of redundant laboratories…not a problem.

By working closely with the Earlham Institute, we were able to identify the research centres objectives and personality, enabling us to come up with some quirky and creative office design ideas, while maintaining a clinical aspect for learning.

We installed curved training benches with full power and data function blended together with creative areas and a striking backdrop of full height/width storage wall facing with a stunning beach scene. A full LED lighting package was installed as part of the fit out, with dropped canopy features along with an element of contemporary in the black ceiling that completes the suite.
