NCFC Main Office Full Refurbishment

We were asked to create a striking entrance area, with dark graphite walls, colourful graphics, a back-lit NCFC Crest and a brushed chrome quote from major shareholder, Delia Smith. In this area we created double glazed partitions, reducing noise levels between spaces yet allowing light to flow through the space. Alongside this, we provided new lighting and updated the waiting area, creating a welcoming and open result. The addition of glass doors added to this feel, ensuring light flows through the area, giving the impression of a larger more modern space.

The innovative finishes on the flooring mirror the club’s creativity and flair. What used to be a plain storage space, was transformed into a graphic wrapped storage wall – wrapped with inspirational photography to boost the morale of the club, truly tying the space together. In addition to this, past patterns from the club’s historic football shirts designs have been creatively incorporated in the graphic designs throughout, solidifying the history of the club in the new refurbishment.
We fitted bespoke curved furniture in a large circular print hub at the centre of the office, and the results are striking. With large screens centred alongside the hub to allow all staff members to view club news and announcements.

We also wanted to express that despite promotion, the club at heart had not changed. We achieved this by creating some informal meeting spaces, including booth areas with partition walls, slatted screens and high back sofas to increase privacy. With the addition of ceiling suspended acoustic baffles, the result is a quiet, calming and more relaxed setting. We also incorporated hexagonal shapes throughout this space, inspired by the patterns associated with footballs.

The result is contemporary and professional office which encourages collaborative work, teamwork and positive morale. With branded items and bespoke football related designs throughout, the area is a cohesive space which motivates those within it.
