Here at Bluespace, we often find ourselves thinking about past projects and reminiscing about some of our best ideas. Well, one of our best future-proofing ideas has paid off! Last year, we worked with Randall & Quilter on their office space in Lawrence House on St Andrews Hill. During the projects, we split the office space into smaller units, allowing each unit to be leased individually.

Well, you’ll never guess where we’re working now? Oh, you did guess. Well anyway, it’s Lawrence House! We’re working with the world’s largest underwriting agency, Dual Group, to optimise their new office space with the addition of a partition wall to create a meeting room and installing a new a tea station. Mmm, tea…

We’ve really appreciated the help and expertise that Bluespace have offered us over the year, particularly in the recent challenging times post-lockdown. It’s great that they have decided to extend their deal and we look forward to a long and successful partnership. We’re grateful to Jonathon, Louise and everyone at Bluespace for their fantastic support.
