A new laboratory and offices in Cambridge

Bluespace have completed an office and laboratory refurbishment for a prestigious Cambridge hair styling and accessories manufacturer.

The new Riverside Development on Granta Park near Cambridge offers high quality smaller office and laboratory space. Bluespace have recently converted part of the 1st Floor of No 1 Building to a laboratory and office for a prestigious hair styling and accessories manufacturer.

The design required us to provide a technical laboratory style alongside our client’s specification. A 6 week project followed which involved numerous disciplines including the installation of new partitioning, amendments to the existing electrical/lighting layout and provision of new air conditioning. A new testing laboratory area with laboratory furniture was provided along with numerous meeting spaces and an open plan office area with new bench workstations, seating and storage.
